North Inch Community Campus
North Inch Community Campus will be a new Roman Catholic nursery, primary and secondary campus to replace St Columba's RC High School and St John's Nursery and Primary School, on the existing and extended St Columba's site. The name for the new 'all-through' school will be St John's Academy.
Alongside extensive educational facilities, community provision will include meeting rooms, dance studio, fitness suite, music and drama studios, a public library and all-weather sports pitch.
Pupil Capacity Nursery - 50 a.m./50 p.m.
Primary - 350
Secondary - 650
The anticipated dates for the campus becoming operational are: (Secondary) 29/03/2010; (Primary) 31/10/2011.
A public meeting was held on Tuesday 27 November 2007 to update the local community about progress on the new campus. The minutes for the meeting are available in the Downloads section.
