Hire of School Facilities
I believe it is possible to hire school accommodation. How do I go about this?
Request an application [pdf 596KB] for the use of school accommodation from the school. This will be accompanied by guidelines [pdf 61KB] and regulations for use. Complete the form and return it to the Headteacher for consideration, allowing at lease 21 days notice before the intended start date of the let.
How much does it cost to hire facilities?
Costs are variable depending on the type of premises and accommodation requested and the frequency and duration of the let.
Do I need to submit a new application each term for my let?
No. Provided the dates fall within the academic session (August to June).
