Hire of School Facilities
Facilities Available
A wide range of facilities are available in our primary and
secondary schools. Accomodation available varies across facilities
but may include assembly halls, dining halls, sport halls,
gymnasiums, theatre, dance studio, outdoor picnics, astro turf,
tennis courts, art and craft rooms, woodwork and metalwork rooms,
computer rooms and general classrooms.
Types of bookings
Facilities are generally available for single use, block -
bookings and one - off events subject to terms and conditions.
Opening Hours
Normal operating hours are Monday to Friday between 6.00pm and
10.00pm (school term-time) and between 8am and 5pm at weekends.
Requests out with these times may be given consideration under
certain circumstances.

Please complete and return a
Facilities Booking Application Form - Word Version [190Kb]
to Room Booking Application Form to Room Bookings Co-ordinator,
Perth and Kinross Council, Housing and Community Care, Blackfriars
Development Centre, North Port, Perth, PH1 5LU.
If you would like to discuss a booking please contact us Monday to
Friday 9am - 5pm on 01738 476281 or email ecslets@pkc.gov.uk.
NB All bookings are subject to availability. Please do not
advertise any event until the booking has been confirmed by
Education and Children's Services.
Holidays/Inset Days
Please refer to the
School Term and Holiday Dates page for details of
school closure dates.
Cancellation
Please provide a minimum of 7 days notice directly to Education
& Children's Services Lets Staff to qualify for a refund.
Cancellations recieved at short notice will be charged in full
except under exceptional circumstances, ie adverse weather
conditions.
How to pay
All Lets will be invoiced at the end of the appropriate school
term or immediately after the last date of the Let. Payments may be
sent in by cheque or in cash at any local Council office.

discuss payment options please contact the Sales Ledger Team
directly on 01738 477440.
Issues/Complaints/Compliments
