Perth & Kinross Council is committed to promoting and supporting the rights of children and young people who use its services. A Rights & Information Officer for Children and Young People is employed by the Council to concentrate on promoting and supporting your rights. He can be contacted by you so you can learn what your rights are when using Council Services. He also helps staff working for the Council to know and understand what rights you have and how best to make sure these rights are met.
