Last updated | 19/02/2008

As part of the Customer First programme the Scottish Executive, local councils and other agencies have introduced the National Entitlement Card aimed at making it easier for people to access public services across Scotland.

It is a plastic card similar to a bank or credit card which will enable holders to tap into a range of entitlements and discounts.  Already people in Perth and Kinross are using the card to get access to a variety of services.
