Last updated | 30/01/2012
As part of the Customer First programme the Scottish Government,
local councils and other agencies have introduced the voluntary
National Entitlement Card aimed at making it easier for people to
access public services across Scotland.
It is a plastic card similar to a bank or credit card which will
enable holders to tap into a range of entitlements and
discounts. Already people in Perth and Kinross are using the
card to get access to a variety of services.
How do I apply for a National Entitlement Card?
Telephone the Perth and Kinross Council Customer Service Centre
on 01738 475000 and they will send you out a National Entitlement

Entitlement Card please telephone the Perth & Kinross Council
Customer Service Centre on 01738 475000.
