Allocations Policy Review

Housing Options

The Council will be offering a new housing options service to discuss individual housing needs. The new service is linked to the review of the allocations policy, and will start in September 2009.

Rent Level Review

After more than 30 years with the same rent structure the Council is reviewing the way in which we assess the rent value of different Council houses to make it fairer and simpler. We're looking for your views on what house features should be considered.
