Care and Repair

Care & Repair is designed to provide assistance and support to older people and people with a disability who are home owners or private tenants.
The aim of this service is to enable them to improve, repair or adapt their homes and stay comfortably in their community.
The project offers a number of services such as:
- Assistance with disabled adaptions
- Small repairs scheme
- Advice
In Perth and Kinross, there are two Care & Repair projects covering different areas.
Caledonia Care & Repair
Perthshire Care & Repair, managed by Caledonia Housing Association, covers Perth city, the Carse of Gowrie, Highland Perthshire and Eastern Perthshire.

Strathearn and Kinross Care & Repair is managed by Hillcrest Housing Association and covers the Strathearn and Kinross areas.
