Requesting a Repair
Council tenants are asked to contact the Council's Repairs Centre during usual working hours on weekdays to request a repair (or check on the progress of a repair that has already been reported) by phoning the following number between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. This number is charged at local rate.

This number should also be used for emergency repairs that are required outwith office hours. You should not use this number outwith office hours for routine repairs that could be reported during the next working day.
Phones installed in our Area Office Receptions allow you to call the Repairs Centre and report a repair free of charge.
If you wish to request a repair online, please e-mail the Repairs Centre. Remember to include your full contact details. Give a full description of the repair that is required. Make sure you give access information, to avoid us calling at your house when nobody is there.
Please do not e-mail details of emergency repairs. These should be reported on the above number.
