Perth & Kinross Council is committed not only to developing and improving every aspect of the Housing Service, but also to open and continuous communications with tenants and members of our staff.
Steady progress is being achieved in a number of service delivery areas. We recognise, however, that there are a number of areas where performance needs to be improved.
After taking a fresh look at the way our Service operates, we've introduced a Repairs Centre, a Centralised Allocations Team and a Centralised Voids Team to deal with empty houses. We believe that, put together, changes like these will give you a better Service and help us to get the best value from your rent money.
