Payment Timetable

If you receive Housing Benefit for a property which you rent from a Housing Association or Private Landlord, we will issue payment for this in the vast majority of cases every 4 weeks. (This frequency may differ depending on your circumstances).
This payment will include any entitlement to Housing Benefit for the previous 4 weeks and will be issued to whoever you have requested as the payee in your application form for Housing Benefit.
Payment can only be issued directly to a bank account.
