Private Landlords Forum

The Perth and Kinross Landlords' Forum is an event which is organised by Perth and Kinross Council.

The Landlords' Forum provides an opportunity for local landlords and letting agents to get together and discuss issues that are relevant to the private rented sector in a local context.  

The Forum is held two or three times per year in the Theatre at the AK Bell Library in York Place, Perth. 

We have had a number of excellent guest speakers at the Forum over the past couple of years and details of their presentations and the discussions that took place can be found by following the links at the top of this page.

We try to ensure that the topics covered are relevant and current and these topics are normally selected based on suggestions from landlords and agents who have attended previous events.
