Supported and Sheltered Housing

As well as offering a range of mainstream housing, Perth & Kinross Council also offers sheltered housing for older people and administers the Supporting People scheme.
Sheltered housing is also provided by some of the Housing Associations that operate in the Perth & Kinross area and it is also possible to buy a sheltered property on the open market.
Supporting People is an initiative which provides a variety of forms of support which are designed to enable someone to continue to live in their own home.
