Perth and Kinross Licensing Policy Statement
After consultation the Perth and Kinross Licensing Board Policy Statement in terms of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 has now been approved. The Policy will be applied during the three year period to November 2010. It will be kept under review and revised, if appropriate, by the issue of Supplementary Policy Statements.
