Gambling Act 2005 - Information for Pubs and Other Alcohol Licensed Premises
On 1 September 2007 the Gambling Act 2005 came into
force. This includes new rules for the provision of
gaming machines and other forms of gambling in alcohol licensed
premises.

Gambling Act 2005 applications
Applications received in respect of premises licences will be
listed here. Any objections and/or representations must be made by
the date stated against each application to 2 High Street, Perth,
PH1 5PH.
Statement of principles
Consultation on the Gambling Statement of Principles took place
between 22 March 2010 and 11 June 2010. A copy of the
responses received and consideration given to those comments are
available on request to the Clerk to Perth and Kinross Licensing
Board, Council Building, 2 High Street, Perth, PH1 5PH.
This Statement of Principles was approved by Perth and Kinross
Licensing Board on 5 August 2010. Please note that the
