Gambling Act 2005 - Statement of Principles
Consultation on the Gambling Statement of Principles took place between 22 January 2007 and 12 March 2007. A copy of the responses received and consideration given to those comments are available on request to the Clerk to Perth and Kinross Licensing Board, Council Building, 2 High Street, Perth, PH1 5PH.
This Statement of Principles was approved by Perth and Kinross Licensing Board on 27 March 2007.
