Silver Surfers hit the net

Perth and Kinross Library Service is preparing for another successful Silver Surfers’ Day on Friday May 23.
Thanks to a partnership agreement with neighbouring secondary schools, library customers over 50 can book some one-to-one tuition in their local library from a computer expert.
The participating libraries are Auchterarder, Kinross, Blairgowrie, Pitlochry, Crieff and West Mill Street in Perth. Sessions are free and bookable now .
For AK Bell Library Silver Surfers, there will be taster sessions of the brilliant family history website Ancestry.com on Thursday 22nd May. These sessions are also free and should also be booked in advance.
