There is a range of advice and guidance to help you make a planning application, comment on a local plan. In addition you can view details of plans, guidance, and request other services.

We aim to improve the appearance and prosperity of Perth and Kinross and the social well-being of its people.

We do this by shaping the future of our towns, villages and countryside and by protecting and enhancing their qualities through: working in partnership with local communities to plan and deliver initiatives; developing planning policies and promoting sustainable development; improving standards of design quality and access; and designing out crime in accordance with the policy framework.

Local Climate Impacts

Scotland Northern Ireland Forum for Environment Research (SNIFFER) ran a pilot project on behalf of the Scottish Climate Change Impacts Partnership (SCCIP) on Local Climate Impact Profiles (LCIP). Perth & Kinross Council was one of the four pilot authorities in the project, which ran between March and September 2008. We have completed the LCLIP and a summary of it is available to download from this page.
