Commencement notice
Once you have your building warrant approval in place and have
made plans to start work, you should notify us as described below.
This notification should be made within 7 days of the proposed
start date.
You can notify us either by returning the commencement notice [PDF:39.5Kb] that is
included with the paperwork issued along with your warrant approval
or you can do so by e-mailing the relevant details to Buildingstandards@pkc.gov.uk
