Location plans
In order to be valid, a building warrant application
must include a location plan that clearly shows the site to
which the application refers. As of 1 October 2007 the Council can
no longer supply location plans therefore you have two options
- Buy a complete Ordnance Survey sheet from an official
OS agent or retailer (the price includes Ordnance Survey
royalty).
- For applications relating to internal alterations to a
property, you can provide a freehand sketch that is accurate enough
to show where the house is situated.
