Do I need someone to oversee the work?
We do not act as site supervisors and many jobs receive only one or two inspections. You are strongly advised to employ a suitably qualified person to oversee the work on your behalf.
All new drainage, (including any soakaway) will require to be inspected by us prior to backfilling. We then have to witness an air test on the entire system, including internals, after backfilling.
Please remember to notify your local building control office prior to work commencing.
