At the present time we are required to operate two systems with differing forms. One set of forms relates to applications that were submitted prior to the 1 May 2005 and are therefore processed under the 1959 Act. The other forms relate to any application after the 1 May 2005, so please the read the descriptions carefully before you start to download.

Building Warrant/ Amendment to Warrant Applications
For amendments to a warrant that was applied for prior to 1 May 2005 (under the 1959 Act)
For new warrant applications or amendments to a warrant that was applied for after 1 May 2005 (under the 2004 Regulations)
In either situation
Relaxation Application (applies only to building warrants under the 1990 Regulations)
Structural Design Certificate (applies only to applications or amendments that relate to building warrants under the 1990 Regulations)
Work Start Notices
Electrical Compliance (applies only to warrants applied for under the 1959 Act)
Certificate of Completion (applies only to warrant under the 1959 Act)
Completion Certificate (applies to warrants under 2003 Act)
Compliance Certificates for Heating and Hot Water Systems
Letter of Comfort
