The processing of building warrant applications/ completion
certificates is carried out by two area Building Standards
teams all of which are based in Pullar House Perth. If you as
an applicant or agent wish to meet locally at one of the Council's
area offices, this can be arranged by prior appointment to save the
inconvenience of coming in to Perth.
You can find the main office of Building Standards on the ground
floor of Pullar House, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth. The office is
open from 08:45am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Perth City - north of the Atholl Street/ Crieff Road
plus to the east of the Tay.

Perth City south of Atholl Street/ Crieff Road

M90 south
