Building standards register

The Local Authority are required to maintain a Building
Standards Register for the area they administer. Perth &
Kinross Council Building Standards Register takes the form of three
sections, as follows:
Public access

Public Access system contains all relevant details of
applications for building warrant, amendment of warrant, completion
certificates, certificates of design and certificates of
construction.
Enforcement register

Enforcement register [PDF: 80Kb] contains information on all
formal enforcement notices served by the council under Section 26
[Continuing Requirement contravention], Section 27 [Building
Warrant contravention], Section 28 [Defective Buildings] and
Section 29 [Dangerous Buildings] of the Building (Scotland) Act
2003.
Outstanding section 10s and section 13s

Outstanding Section 10s [PDF: 18Kb] contains information on
formal enforcement notices, issued prior to 1 May 2005 under
Section 10 [Building Warrant contraventions] of the Building
(Scotland) Acts 1959 & 1970, that still remain
outstanding.

Outstanding Section 13s [PDF: 25Kb] contains information on
formal enforcement notices, issued prior to 1 May 2005 under
Section 13 [Dangerous Buildings] of the Building (Scotland) Acts
1959 & 1970, that still remain outstanding.
