Vibrant annual and permanent floral colour is an important feature of the “Bloom” campaign. The Business Hanging Basket Scheme is co-ordinated by the Environmental Initiatives Team. Now in its 18th year, the hanging basket scheme already involves over 250 businesses in the Perth and Kinross area. The impact that the hanging baskets create in the area is magnificent.
