Looking after Perth and Kinross's Greenspaces
From Parks and Countryside sites to road verges and graveyards, Community greenspace is in charge of making sure that our Greenspaces are maintained and enhanced to provide a welcoming environment for visitors.
Its not simply about making sure that the grass is cut! (Although, that is an important part of our work). Its also about working with the special habitats that Perth and Kinross provides to look after and enhance our biodiversity and to look after and support our wildlife.
Its also all about looking after the paths and tracks that people use to access the outdoors and explore the greenspaces of the area.
Between the Ranger Service, Access Officers, Parks Development Team and the Grounds Maintenance team, theres a lot to look after!
