What is the housing land audit?
The
annual audit of housing land [PDF: 450Kb] provides a
factual statement of land supply within our area. Only sites with a
capacity of 5 or more units are included.

When was the audit done?
The survey for the audit was undertaken in March
2011.
What is the information used for?
The audit is an important source of information for the
monitoring of the Perth & Kinross Structure Plan, approved
by Scottish Ministers in June 2003. This Plan uses Housing
Market Areas as a basis for assessing housing land requirements.
The audit gives details of the land supply in each of the housing
market areas and our main towns and villages.
