What was the advice?
Following advice from the Information Commissioner's Office, it was necessary to temporarily remove some documentation for planning applications from the Online Planning Applications database and a limited number of documents were available to view.
We have been working to resolve the matter and we are pleased to say that all documentation, from 1 September 2007 to date, is now available to view. We hope to make earlier documents available in due course
Where can I see the planning register?
The Planning Register which contains all planning applications is available for public inspection from 8.45 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday at the following office:
In addition non-statutory copies of planning applications can be viewed at the following Council offices during the usual opening hours:
