If you are affected by a new development proposal you may learn about it first as a neighbour who is informally consulted by the developer.
When the planning application has been made adjoining 'neighbours' will be sent notification by the developer. Developments will also be advertised in the Perthshire Advertiser and the Courier.
The details of the proposals, including architects' drawings, are available to view at Pullar House and the appropriate local office. You can also view applicications on
