Roads and Footways Permits
It is essential that you get the relevant permit before carrying out works affecting any of the roads and footways within Perth & Kinross.
You can download the following forms -
- For any operation placing and using a skip on a road, (Skip suppliers only may use this form)
- Install Portable Temporary Traffic Signals
- Staging or Scaffolding - to occupy temporarily a portion of the road in connection with building operations
- Vehicle Crossing - to form a new and/or alter an existing vehicle crossing over a footway or verge
- Road Opening permit to place or maintain Apparatus In / Under the Road (Section 61), Consent to Execute Works In a Road (Section 56)
