Noise

Sound is essential to our daily lives, but noise is not - noise can be defined as unwanted sound and has the potential to cause disruption, annoyance and nuisance. A noise problem can result in a significant loss of amenity, even during the day.
What can you do?
Consider approaching the person/premises responsible – it is possible that they are unaware of the problem.
If this does not resolve the issue or if you do not feel that you can speak directly to the person/premises then contact the Pollution Control Team within The Environment Service of Perth & Kinross Council on 01738 476476.
