There are several furniture projects running in the Tayside area. Please see below for details, most take furniture and electrical equipment suitable for refurbishment.


Tayside Foundation for the Conservation of Resources is a Dundee-based registered charity whose purpose is to promote sustainable practices within the local community. They offer a variety of services including recycled items for sale, computers and computer repairs, recycling services and educational resources.

The Salvation Army's "forty:twenty furniture project" is part of the Skinnergate Resettlement Unit and operates from a large warehouse on the North Muirton Industrial Estate. They provide a free collection service of all useable furniture and white goods for direct sale or to supply at reduced rates to those referred by Social Workers.  Open Monday to Saturday 10am to 3pm.
