Some handy hints... Only compostable liners can go in the brown-lidded bin - no biodegradable only bags You can use newspaper or kitchen roll to wrap your food waste in instead of compostable liners No plastic bags

Yes Please You can put the following garden waste into your brown-lidded bin:			No Thanks Please do not put the following in your brown-lidded bin:
		Flowers Plants			Food and drinks containers, food wrapping
		Hedge trimmings Sawdust and bark			Plant pots
		Small twigs			Soil, rubble, stones and bricks
		Weeds (with the exception of Japanese Knotweed) Grass cuttings			Large branches, logs
		Leaves			Plastic bags or liners

Food Waste

Yes Please You can put the following types of food waste in your brown-lidded bin: Cooked and uncooked food including:
		Meat and fish, including bones
		Fruit and vegetables
		Dairy products and eggs
		Bread, cakes and pastries
		Beans, pasta and rice
		Tea bags and coffee grounds

Please put your bin out by 7.30 am on the day of collection.
