Perth and Kinross Cittaslow Steering Group
A local Steering Group was originally set up in mid 2006 to
progress and oversee Perth's application to join the
Cittaslow movement.
This Steering Group still meets every 6 - 8 weeks to review
how Perth is addressing individual Cittaslow
membership criteria and to agree projects that will enhance quality
of life throughout Perth and Kinross.
Group meetings are informal and usually involve members
discussing ideas or debating how best to address
Cittaslow criteria where there are no obvious
projects or initiatives already underway.
Steering Group members represent a wide range of different
