Children and Families Services
Children and Families Services within Education and Children's
Services provide a wide range of quality services to help support
children and families within Perth & Kinross as part of our
commitment to giving every child and young person the best possible
start in life.
Many families, at some time need help, advice or information about
family relationships, addiction issues, problems at school, illness
or disability, child protection issues and offending. We are
here to provide support when children or young people need
it. A range of support can be accessed to allow the child to
remain within the family as far as possible.

We have also developed a
Service User Participation Strategy [pdf 149KB]. The
purpose of this strategy is to ensure a consistent and coordinated
approach to involving parents, carers, children and young people in
their individual care as well as the design, delivery and
evaluation of Children and Families' Services.
