CPC Standards and Quality Report 2009/2010
In February 2011 we published our first ever
CPC Standards and Quality Report 2009/2010. We plan to
publish this document on an annual basis now.
CPC Strategic Self-Evaluation Framework and Calendar
Since then as an evidence-based demonstration of our collective
commitment to continuous improvement in performance through
self-evaluation we have published the following key documents which
describe our strategic approach and planned self-evaluation
activities:
Self-Evaluation Report and National Position Statements
In July 2011, the C&YPSP and the CPC published their
Self-Evaluation Report for 2011 and the seven National Position
Statements on key child protection policy and practice areas,
recognised to be of critical importance to the Scottish Government
and CPCs across Scotland.
The C&YPSP and the CPC plan to publish a similar
self-evaluation report annually from 2011. The C&YPSP and
the CPC also plan to examine other key child protection policy and
practice areas and will publish a number of similar National
Position Statements annually from 2011.
Perth and Kinross CPC will continue to post key documents in
this part of our website to evidence and support that commitment
which practitioners may find helpful.
CPC Single Improvement Plan 2011
Following on from the Inspection, on Tuesday 1 November 2011 the
CPC approved the
CPC Single Improvement Plan 2011 [pdf: 220KB].
This Plan presents, what is effectively, the improvement agenda
for the CPC in 2011/2012 and beyond. It will be regularly
monitored, evaluated and reviewed by the CPC and the CPC Quality
Improvement Sub Group. The CPC will provide regular progress
reports to the Children and Young People?s Strategic Partnership
who will continue to provide direction, leadership and scrutiny of
the Plan. These Progress Reports will include information and/or
evidence of outcomes and impacts
