Child protection poster campaign

Last updated | 27/04/2011

A previous successful publicity campaign consisting of posters [pdf 1MB ]  designed by local school children has now been re-run.

The standard of the submission this year was again extremely high but, after some difficult deliberation, three designs were selected as winning entries which would be adapted for use to convey the Child Protection message and contact numbers.  These posters relate to themes of Child Internet Safety and Drug and Alcohol Abuse and will complement 2 existing posters which have been refreshed.  This will provide a suite of 5 individual eye catching posters to promote the Child Protection message across the local area.

The posters will be seen in our offices and public areas of the other organisations that make up the Child Protection Committee, such as Tayside Police, NHS Tayside, the Procurator Fiscal's Office, the Children's Reporter and with various voluntary organisations.  They will also appear on some of our vehicles, including new refuse collection trucks, to circulate the message as widely as possible.
