Youth Justice Team
What do we do?
The Youth Justice Team works with young people between the ages
of 12 and 21 years old, who have come to the attention of Police,
Children's Reporter, Courts or other services.
What do we offer?
We provide assessments, reports and develop agreed plans that
will support young people and their parents or carers to address
the concerns.
What support can we offer?
You are likely to receive support that will help address the
areas that are important to you and the concerns of others. This
can range from supporting you to attend appointments, linking in
with other services such as education, benefits, employment,
housing to name a few.
Our main aim is to encourage all Perth and Kinross's young
people to achieve the following:
- Will attain, achieve and reach their potential.
- Those who experience inequalities will have improved quality of
life, life chances and health.
- Be responsible and active citizens.
As a result of this our communities will be safer.
