Learning Disabilities
Housing & Community Care provides a range of services which
aim to support adult residents of Perth and Kinross who have a
learning disability.
Services are provided in a number of ways, through one-to-one
support and through a range of
day opportunities based around Perth and Kinross. This also
includes
respite care and short breaks.
Perth and Kinross Joint Strategy
We are currently working on the Perth and Kinross Joint Strategy
(2012-2015) - for Adults with a Learning Disability and those
on the Autism Spectrum
Perth and Kinross Council, NHS Tayside and our many partners who
provide services wish to hear your views and ideas about how we can
further improve the lives of people with a learning disability and
support you in your role as a parent/carer.
This is your opportunity to have your say and shape the services
of the future.
The document is divided into two parts:
PART 1
For your information; an outline of the aims of the Joint
Strategy
PART 2
The questionnaire, which is your opportunity to comment on the
Charter and offer suggestions for the action plan. The
questionnaire is shaped around our Charter which has been developed
to focus on the key areas that the forthcoming Joint Strategy will
cover.
We are asking for the questionnaire to be returned by
Friday 15 June 2012
On behalf of all the partners, thank you for your time and
valuable contribution to the Charter and Joint Strategy
