Mental Health Services
These services offer support to adults with mental health needs
aged between 16 and 65.
We aim to provide a locally based and accessible service to
improve the quality of life and wellbeing. We support people to be
more involved in the life of their community, help them achieve
their ambitions and manage their mental health. We support people
to have more social contact, be more active, access education,
voluntary opportunities or work.
Our qualified and experienced staff provide the flexible support
tailored to people's needs. We work closely with other agencies
such as the health service and voluntary agencies to ensure we are
providing the best and most suitable service for our clients.
People with Mental Health issues are covered by our Adult Support
and Protection multi-agency guidelines which are available to
download from this page.
Perth & Kinross Council runs three day services that
cover the rural areas outside Perth City.
On the 12 June 2010, Perth & Kinross Council signed the
'see me...' pledge to challenge the stigma associated with
mental ill-health. The see me...

the Council has signed up to.
