We are regularly inspected by the Inspection Agency -
Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland, known
informally as the Care Inspectorate - and inspection reports
are available on their website.
These services are managed by Perth & Kinross Council.
What we mean by:
Inclusion - we ask questions like "What would
you like to be doing?" and "Would you like to do
more in your local community or town?" - and discuss what this
might be. We discuss what's going on in your local community and
further afield that may be of interest to you and you would like to
use or get involved in. For example, this could be using local
leisure facilities or how to become a volunteer.
Wellbeing - for example how positive
you're feeling; motivated to do things you want to do; how
purposeful, confident and optimistic you feel; what you do to
positively cope with your mental health.
Recovery - this is a term used in mental
health services - 'Recovery is being able to live a meaningful
life and satisfying life, as defined by each person in the presence
or absence of symptoms. It is about having control and input into
your own life' - Scottish Recovery Network.
