Bus stops and shelters

The Public Transport Unit is responsible for the provision and maintenance of all bus stops and shelters in Perth & Kinross except advertising shelters which are provided and maintained by Adshel in conjunction with the Council.
The Public Transport Unit also provides other public transport infrastructure including;
- Bus Boarders
- Raised Kerbs
- Hard Standing at bus stops
- Bus Box/Bay markings
- Roadside Information
Requests for bus stop infrastructure

Reporting damage to bus stops, bus shelters etc.
During office hours (Mon-Fri 08.30 to 17.00) damage should be reported to the Public Transport Unit:

Outwith office hours reports of damage to bus shelters,
where damage represents a danger to the public should be reported to:
the Police 01738 621141
and/or the
On-Duty Roads Supervisor on 01738 625411.
Reporting vandalism to bus shelters
Bus shelters are provided for your benefit, please help us by reporting ANY incidents of vandalism or anti social behaviour to the Police on 01738 621141.
Perth Bus Station
The bus station is situated in Leonard Street, Perth approximately half a mile from the City Centre and 100m from the Rail Station, facilities available include;
- Newsagent
- Café
- Waiting Room/Toilets (open Mon-Sat 07.30 to 21.30 & Sun 11.30 to 21.30)
