Limb Loss
Applications for the Scotland-wide Free Bus Travel Scheme can be
accepted from people who have lost:
(i) One or both lower limbs;
(ii) One lower limb and one upper limb; or
(iii) Both upper limbs.
Evidence - confirmation that the
applicant is in receipt of higher rate of the mobility component of
the disability living allowance or the higher or middle rate of the
care component of the disability living allowance.
Alternatively written confirmation from their prosthetics
clinic/centre, physiotherapist, and rehabilitation centre would
also be suitable evidence.
