Replacements
If you require a replacement National Entitlement Card
(NEC) due to either loss or damage, please contact the Council's
Customer Service centre (telephone 01738 475000 or e-mail concessionarytravel@pkc.gov.uk)
to arrange for a replacement to be issued.
Renewals - Older People
If your National Entitlement Card (NEC) for persons aged
60 and over is due to expire then you will automatically be sent a
replacement card approximately two weeks before your current card
expires.
There is no need to contact the Council's Customer Service
centre unless you have changed your address since the issue of your
current card. If your details have changed then please contact the
Council's Customer Service centre (telephone 01738 475000 or e-mail
concessionarytravel@pkc.gov.uk)
to update your details.
Renewals - Disabled People
Please contact the Council's Customer Service centre
(telephone 01738 475000 or e-mail concessionarytravel@pkc.gov.uk)
who will explain what information will be required to renew your
National Entitlement Card. You should NOT complete another
application form.
