It is essential that you get the relevant permit before carrying out works affecting any of the roads and footways within Perth and Kinross.  You can download the following forms -

Roads and Footways Permits

Skips

• Application for permission to place a builder's skip on the road [PDF: 22.6Kb] - For any operation placing and using a skip on a road.   Note: Only skip suppliers may use this form

Temporary traffic signals

• Application / notification  for installation of portable traffic signals [PDF: 13Kb] - To install portable temporary traffic signals

Staging or scaffolding

• Application for permission to occupy a portion of road(s) temporarily in connection with building operations [PDF: 44.3Kb]

Vehicle access

• Application to form a new or alter an existing vehicle crossing over a footway or verge of a public road [PDF: 16Kb]
