Public consultation on proposed Core Paths Plan amendments

This consultation will run from 3 July to 30 September 2017

This is your chance to comment on the proposed amendments to the Core Paths Plan.

Since adoption of the Core Paths Plan (CPP) in 2012 some core paths have been found to be impractical, therefore in June 2017 proposed amendments were agreed by the Council following consultation through the Access Forum, community councils, local councillors, landowners and others directly affected.

Prior to finalisation and adoption of the amended CPP there is a 12 week period for wider public consultation on these proposed amendments.  icon The proposals are available to download [27Mb] and can be seen below with full details (including maps and photographs for each amendment).   Any amendment which is subject to a valid objection will not be adopted.

If you have any comment or objection on any of these amendments please e-mail jpritchard@pkc.gov.uk by 30 September 2017.  Please identify the core path (eg ABNY/112) to which your comment refers and specify the grounds for any objection. You must also provide your name and contact details.

This information is also available for viewing at the receptions of council offices in  Pullar House, Perth, 2 High St, PerthPitlochry, Blairgowrie, Crieff and at Strathearn and Loch Leven Community Campuses.
