At Perth & Kinross Council we value our residents' views, they are key to shaping and improving our services. In order to collect a wide range of views which are representative of our population we carry out a residents survey. The residents survey is undertaken every two years and the next survey is due to take place in 2019.
The residents survey is sent to people who have previously registered their interest in completing the survey. If you would like to register your interest please complete our online residents survey registration form or call 01738 476391.
The residents survey seeks views on a variety of issues including:
- Living in Perth and Kinross
- Satisfaction with the Council
- View of the Council
- Communication and information from the Council
- Information about how the Council is performing
- Participation in other consultation
The feedback received will help improve our services and facilities, to make sure they adapt as residents' needs change.
In addition to the residents survey we also give people the chance to complete a short version, residents survey light, this can be completed anytime.
