Increase in Planning and Development Charges - 1st April 2019

On the 20th February 2019 the Council agreed the following increases in fees charged for some of the services provided by Planning and Development as part of the revenue budget.

Changes in Planning Enforcement

Changes have been made to Planning Enforcement with the publication of the reviewed Planning Enforcement Charter and also the report a breach online form made available through MyPKC.

Supplementary Guidance Consultation

The Council is seeking views from the public, developers and community groups on new and revised planning guidance documents and a new policy document on open space maintenance.

Planning Performance Framework 2017-18 (PPF7)

The Planning Performance Framework was developed by Heads of Planning Scotland in conjunction with the Scottish Government. The framework involves a mix of qualitative and quantitative measures to provide a toolkit of indicators. All planning authorities and SDPAs prepare PPF reports annually.
