To engage and support young people (11-19) - Offers a wide range of activities for young people to engage in.

|Programmes Offered||LINC - employability assistance that runs throughout the year for young people not yet accessing training, further education or employment. Max spaces 5 young people at a time but this is a rolling opportunity. An opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence and expand career choices. 1:1 sessions. Young people can work towards achieving a level 4 in Employability Skills. In addition, we have volunteering opportunities to help run the various youth programmes and have a number of projects young people can participate in, see website for details. We also have close links with employers in Highland Perthshire and offer tailored packages, whilst offering long term support to both employer and employee.|

Further training, education, volunteering and employment
Stage 1 Referral/Engagement Activity - Examples of this is early engagement activity, identification of client need and development of an action plan.
Stage 2 Barrier Removal - Examples of this is barrier removal activities and confidence building, support to develop core skills such as numeracy and literacy, holistic activities linked to individual needs and employability skills.
Stage 5 In work/Aftercare - Support to help the client to sustain employment, upskilling/work force development, Mas and support business start up.
