Programmes Offered

Stage 4 of the Skills Development Scotland Employability Fund Programme. Industry specific Employability training programmes lasting up to 6 weeks depending on assessment of client needs and any agreed work experience and/or sector qualifications.  

We are also an approved ILA Scotland training provider with a variety of tutor-led and self-study courses available to book.

EligibilityUnemployed clients aged 18 and over whether on benefit or not. Those claiming benefit will need to be assessed for eligibility by Job Centre Plus. 

Clients can contact us in the first instance to identify if they can self-refer or need to be referred by another eligible organisation. These include other Employability Fund Training Providers, Skills Development Scotland Careers Offices and Job Centre Plus.

OutcomeTo develop personal and workplace skills, gain sector work experience and the opportunity for certain sector qualifications that will enhance the Clients C.V. and improve job prospects.
ProgressionProgression into paid employment, modern apprenticeship or further education.

Stages Covered

Stage 3 Vocational Activity - Activities may include Vocational Training, Self - Employment and Enterpsrise Support Volunteering and Emplyability Skills Development 

Stage 4 Employer Engagement and Job Matching - Activities may include employer engagement through work experience and job matching, mentoring and supporting clients in the work place.
