Brexit advice for EU citizens

This film clip provides advice about the support available for those wishing to apply for the Home Office EU Settlement Scheme.

EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS)

We want to encourage all EU citizens and their family members living in the Perth and Kinross area by 31 December 2020 to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to protect their rights and to continue to live, work and study in our area after 30 June 2021.

More than 6480 applications have been made within the Perth and Kinross area with 6010 being granted status under the scheme (up to 30 June 2020). Each of these is accompanied by a digital proof of that status which cannot be lost, stolen or tampered with. People can share their digital status using the online service if they choose..

You can get help on the phone or online with your individual application by contacting the EU Settlement Resolution Centre:

  • Telephone: 0300 123 7379 (UK Only)
  • Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), 8am to 8pm
  • Saturday and Sunday, 9.30am to 4.30pm
  • Submit a question using their online submission form
